This new hangar was built to do service and maintenance on Helicopters at Fr. Rucker Alabama.
The Hangar Doors are Vertical Lift Fabric Doors. The Building Structure is a Hybrid Structure
with Large Conventional Box Truss Frames above the Vertical Lift Doors and Curved Pre-engineered
Building Rafters framing into the Box truss on the high side and supported by Tapered Columns on
the low side of the facility. The structure supports multiple under-hung cranes for service of the aircraft.
